Since I got the car, I’ve driven it a few times on intercity highways and elevated city roads. At first, fuel consumption was quite high — around 12 L/100 km — but after some regular use, it dropped to 7.8. It hasn’t gone any lower since then, even though I’ve only driven about 500 km in less than a month. Honestly, every time I refuel, it stings a little 😅. This is my first car, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but driving feels smooth overall. Once you hit 100 km/h, tire noise becomes noticeable, but throttle response during overtaking is pretty decent. The thing that annoyed me most is the infotainment system. There’s no built-in CarPlay, so I bought an external adapter. While it technically works, Bluetooth is unstable, and the navigation voice won’t come through the car speakers. On top of that, the system randomly activates and starts saying weird things, and the voice assistant sometimes greets you with “Hi” and other times with “I’m here” — honestly, it feels awkward. I’m not sure if all Japanese brands do this, or just this one. As for interior space, the rear seat area is quite good, but the new car smell is still strong, so I’ve thrown in a bunch of charcoal bags to absorb it. Overall, I’m satisfied for a first car, but there are definitely things that could be better.

I've had my 2024 Honda Civic for a month now and driven around 1,500 km, and honestly, I'm very happy with it. It's the first brand-new car I've ever bought. I was torn between a few models, but the Civic really caught my attention with its design and performance. The engine is strong and well-suited for daily use. Driving is smooth and comfortable, especially on highways. I pushed it to 160 km/h and the car felt stable. Fuel consumption averages around 7 liters per 100 km — and even less when the AC is off. I’ve added a few simple mods like some sporty trim pieces and a CarPlay adapter. What bothers me most is that there are no rear AC vents or rear parking sensors, which is really strange. I couldn’t even find rear sensors sold separately — they always come bundled with front ones too, which has delayed installing them. Also, the paint is a bit thin — small stones have already chipped it a few times. But overall, I really like the car. It's smooth to drive, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone — as long as those few downsides aren’t a dealbreaker, especially if you’re a fan of the new design like I am.

I fell in love with the design at first sight—retro but not outdated. It really gives off that classic old-school Honda vibe, especially the rear. Some people don’t like the small rear logo, but to me, that’s exactly what makes it charming. The interior feels basic by today’s standards—lots of plastic, probably around 60%. Even a bit of leather would’ve helped. One thing that really bothered me was the insulation material under the seats—it’s made from recycled cotton, and the smell on delivery day was... not great. Space-wise, it’s solid. I’m 175 cm tall and felt comfortable in the driver’s seat, and the rear seats are roomy too. It’s a 5-meter-long B-segment sedan after all. Features are a bit underwhelming. The mid-trim doesn’t even come with parking sensors, let alone a 360 camera. If you want them, you’ll need to visit aftermarket shops—Japanese cars are really keeping that industry alive. As for performance, it’s average by 2025 standards. Can’t compete with EVs, but decent for a gas car. Handling is surprisingly solid—it corners with confidence. Fuel consumption depends on how you drive. If you're always in S mode, 10L/100km or more is totally normal.
