What I liked most about the new generation of the BMW 3 Series is the exterior design. The pre-facelift version might’ve looked a bit better, but now that they’ve brought back the classic front grille, things are definitely improved. The M sport wheels give the car a luxurious and youthful vibe. Honestly, I think it looks way better than the new 5 Series, which I personally don't like at all.
Even though traffic is always heavy, especially during my commute to and from work, the moment I find an opening and step on it — the car responds brilliantly. Sure, electric cars are fast these days, but the feeling of starting a petrol engine, especially the sound of ignition, gives a thrill that EVs just can't replicate.
The car's power is excellent, with 245 horsepower and an 8-speed transmission. Gear shifts are smooth and the acceleration is instant. Driving this car is pure fun — and that's something BMW has always nailed.
The central screen is decent, but honestly, I miss the traditional gear lever — it gave the cabin a unique character. The ambient lighting is also a bit underwhelming, especially when compared to something like a Mercedes.
Rear space is acceptable, but of course, you can’t compare it to an SUV. As for fuel consumption, it’s pretty good for a 2.0 turbo engine.
Overall, this car is fun to drive, sporty, and looks great. And for anyone who loves BMW, they know that the driving experience is something truly special.

When I was choosing a car, I was torn between BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. I test-drove maybe 7 or 8 cars, but I felt like the A4 was about to get a refresh, and the C-Class performance was just average. So when I tried the 2025 3 Series, I didn’t hesitate—I ordered it right away. I’ve had it for about two weeks now and have driven around 1,200 km. Overall impression: excellent!
The black color gives it a luxurious and sporty look at the same time, and I chose the interior in “Volcanic Red” – a bold and elegant color that I personally loved. The acceleration is smooth, and the moment you press the gas, especially toward the end of the pedal travel, you really feel the car’s power.
As for the big screen (which many people complain about), I was like you at first—I didn’t like it, and I thought the curved screen in the Cadillac looked better. But once I saw the car in person, I got used to it and even started liking it—it’s actually nice and comfortable to use. Regarding the gear selector, many say the traditional gear stick was part of the car’s spirit, but personally, I find the new selector sleek and practical.
To be honest, the suspension is a bit softer than it should be. It’s clear that BMW is focusing more on daily comfort. On sharp turns, you can feel the car lean a little, and sometimes I worry it might roll over. In terms of handling, I might say the A4 was more fun at high speeds, but the downside is its interior design is very outdated—the screen is an eyesore! If they just upgraded the interior and systems a bit, it would be excellent in its class.
On the other hand, the dealership and service so far have been excellent and comfortable. I’m not too worried about issues like oil or water leaks—after three years, I’ll be switching cars anyway, God willing, so it’s not a big deal. In the end, I chose a car I loved, I’m happy with it, and I have no regrets. And if anyone wants to share their experience, they’re more than welcome!

I don’t have a problem with the front-end design, but from the rear, it really doesn’t look good. Personally, I installed a sport kit and modified it, and thank God it turned out looking much better and more satisfying.
The cabin insulation is excellent, but the doors are a bit heavy and need some force to close. I feel a little bad every time I slam the door shut, so I recommend installing soft-close doors.
There’s only one cup holder, which is honestly a strange design flaw.
The interior screen looks less luxurious than the previous generation, but its performance is smooth and easy to use—so it’s acceptable. The ambient lighting in the front adds a nice touch, especially when you're driving and the colors start shifting, but unfortunately there’s no ambient lighting in the rear seats.
The “Starlight” headliner (the starry lights) looks classy and really gives the cabin a luxurious vibe. The front seats are very comfortable, and there’s plenty of space in the back—naturally, because the car’s length helps with that.
The handling is the main reason I chose a BMW. Compared to the Mercedes E300, the 530 clearly outperforms it in both performance and responsiveness. The throttle reacts quickly, and in Sport mode, you really feel the joy of driving. The new “Boost” feature gives you a fun surge of power during overtakes or sudden acceleration.
What I didn’t like is that the auto start/stop system can’t be permanently disabled, which is a bit annoying in traffic.
Bottom line: it’s a must to go for the M Sport trim—the front looks way better than the luxury version. I’d rate the stock design 5/10, but after modifications, it’s a solid 9/10. It’s a spacious car with enjoyable performance, and the price is very reasonable for anyone looking for both luxury and sportiness.
